Job summary

StrataBee, a growing strata management company in Sydney, is seeking an experienced and licensed Strata Manager to join our team. You will oversee a portfolio of quality buildings and work closely with our leadership to shape client outcomes.

Ideal candidates will hold a current Strata Management Licence, have at least two years of experience, and possess strong communication, conflict resolution, and financial reporting skills. A vehicle is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Current Strata Management Licence required.
• Minimum two years' experience as Strata Manager or Assistant Strata Manager.
• Strong knowledge of strata legislation, compliance and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

• A current Strata Management Licence
• Minimum two years' experience as a Strata Manager or Assistant Strata Manager
• Strong knowledge of strata legislation, compliance requirements and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage conflict, facilitate resolutions, and achieve positive outcomes
• Experience with BMCs and building defects (desirable but not essential)
• A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• A genuine passion for customer service and helping communities thrive
