Qualifications

• Current Strata Management Licence (or able to obtain)
• Minimum two years' experience as a Strata Manager or Assistant Strata Manager
• Strong knowledge of strata legislation, compliance requirements and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage conflict and facilitate resolutions
• Experience with BMCs and building defects (desirable)
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Genuine passion for customer service and helping communities thrive

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

• A current Strata Management Licence
