Job summary

Southern Cleaning and Lawn Services is seeking a reliable Strata Cleaner to join our family-owned team in the Sutherland Shire. You will maintain common areas of strata properties to a high standard, working with a small local crew in a supportive environment.

We value punctual, independent workers who are physically fit for hands-on cleaning. A valid drivers licence is preferred. Fully maintained vehicle, phone and equipment are provided, with room to grow with the business.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas (hallways, staircases, lifts, corridors).
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Clean glass doors, windows, mirrors and entryways.
• Dust surfaces, skirting boards, handrails and fixtures.
• Remove rubbish and manage waste.
• Clean and maintain bin areas.
• Maintain outdoor common areas, pathways and entrances.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards or safety concerns.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Change light globes as required.
• Assist gardening team occasionally.

Southern Cleaning and Lawn Services is looking for a reliable and honest Strata Cleaner to join our team and help maintain our clients' properties to a high standard. We are a small, family-owned business specialising in strata cleaning services. We are based in the Sutherland Shire and service properties in the local area and in the Bayside and Georges River council areas. Our service area is from Engadine to Brighton-Le-Sands and out to Penshurst.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, staircases, lifts, and corridors
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Clean glass doors, windows, mirrors, and entryways
• Dust surfaces, skirting boards, handrails, and other fixtures
• Remove rubbish and manage waste
• Clean and maintain bin areas
• Remove cobwebs and maintain outdoor common areas, pathways, and entrances
• Report maintenance issues, damage, hazards, or safety concerns
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
• Change light globes as required
• Assist the gardening team from time to time.
