Job summary

Mr B Maintenance is seeking reliable cleaners to service residential and commercial properties across Sydney. You will mop floors, vacuum carpets and maintain common areas, plus clean glass, bathrooms and exteriors, ensuring a tidy, presentable environment.

Two days per week to start, with eight hours per day including travel time between jobs. Training and equipment are provided by a friendly, family-owned business based in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work independently.
• Detail oriented with pride in their work.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on cleaning tasks.
• Willing to travel to different job locations around Sydney.
• Experienced in commercial or strata cleaning preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Mopping and maintaining floors in common areas
• Vacuuming carpets and shared spaces
• Cleaning glass windows, doors and glass railings
• Cleaning bathrooms and amenities
• House washing and exterior cleaning
• General strata and property maintenance cleaning
• Some properties require bins to be taken in and out
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and presentable environment across residential and commercial properties
• Two days per week to start, with 8-hour each day, which includes travel time between jobs
