Sunbright Cleaning in Sydney North Shore is seeking reliable Cleaners for our Residential Division with immediate start. Join a fast-growing, trusted cleaning company that serves homes across the North and Lower North Shore.

We provide premium residential cleaning with a clear scope of work and flexible daytime shifts. We offer an hourly rate of $33.85–$37.91 per hour plus Super and paid travel between jobs, 12% Superannuation, vehicle allowance, and uniforms and supplies.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with daytime availability.
• Valid driver’s license and own insured vehicle.
• Right to work in Australia (Student Visa and Working Holiday Visa welcome).
• TFN/Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Basic English skills for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular home cleaning according to the scope of work.
• Spring cleans and end-of-lease cleans (occasional).
• Clean and maintain all residential areas to a high standard.
• Vacuum, mop, sweep, dust and wipe surfaces.
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens and common areas.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste correctly.

Sunbright Cleaning is a fast-growing, trusted professional cleaning company based in Lindfield, Sydney North Shore. We provide premium residential cleaning services to homes across the Lower and Upper North Shore, including Kirribilli, Northbridge, Lane Cove, Chatswood, Roseville, Killara, Lindfield, Gordon, Pymble, St Ives, Turramurra, Wahroonga and Hornsby.

We are now hiring reliable and detail-oriented Cleaners for our Residential Division.

About the Role

We deliver premium residential cleaning services to respectful clients who value quality, reliability and attention to detail.

Every job comes with a clear scope of work — you'll always know exactly what needs to be done. Our system provides full job details including the client, address, shift times and specific tasks for each home. The scope is agreed in advance with client, giving peace of mind for both you and the client.

We carefully plan your schedule to minimise travel time, maximise your hours and provide you with stability and peace of mind.

Work independently or in small teams of 2, depending on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular home cleaning (weekly, fortnightly and monthly clients) according to the agreed scope of work
• Spring cleans and end-of-lease cleans (occasionally)
• Clean and maintain all residential areas to a high standard
• Vacuum, mop, sweep, dust and wipe down all surfaces
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens and common areas
• Empty bins and dispose of waste correctly

You will also be expected to:

• Clock in and out of each shift using our scheduling system
• Complete end-of-job reports including photos of completed work
• Manage your stock allocation of cleaning products
• Follow all company policies, the employee handbook and WHS guidelines
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Sunbright Cleaning with pride
