Job summary

Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia in Castle Hill NSW is seeking a Marketing & Fundraising Coordinator who can own a broad marketing pipeline. You will write engaging copy for EDMs, newsletters and donor communications, develop impact stories and coordinate campaigns from brief through to delivery.

With 2–4 years in marketing or digital marketing, you’ll manage website content, build CRM lists, and support fundraising while learning Salesforce and Ortto.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in marketing, communications or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to turn briefs into engaging content.
• Experience building EDMs, newsletters and website content.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and digital campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging copy for EDMs, newsletters, website content, campaigns and donor communications.
• Develop impact stories and case studies to illustrate work and community experiences.
• Coordinate and produce Allergy News and other communications.
• Build, test, schedule and send EDMs and email campaigns.
• Coordinate campaigns from brief to launch and update website content.
