Job summary

Rebuild Relief is seeking driven outdoor sales professionals in Maroochydore to inspect storm-damaged homes and convert leads into repairs. You’ll engage directly with homeowners in storm-affected areas, roof-inspect properties, and explain our service to initiate the insurance repair process.

No prior insurance experience is required; backgrounds in trades or door-to-door sales are common among top performers. Training provided.

Qualifications

• You don't need insurance experience.
• Backgrounds in trades, solar, door-to-door sales, real estate, fitness or hands-on roles are welcome.
• Confident talking to people, results-driven, and hungry for income growth.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights with resilience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential properties for storm and hail damage.
• Climb onto roofs to complete inspections.
• Explain our service and help homeowners start the process.
• Speak with homeowners in the area to generate leads.
