Job summary

Wow Recruitment is hiring Field Sales Representatives in Brisbane to help homeowners access support after storm-related damage. You will be out in the community, meeting people, educating them on available services and generating opportunities that influence earnings.

Openings are Brisbane-based with travel across QLD, and with a path from temp-to-perm. Immediate start available and full training provided to successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident approaching and speaking with homeowners.
• Resilient with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and independently.

Responsibilities

• Door knock within designated communities.
• Speak with homeowners about available services and support.
• Educate customers and identify opportunities.
• Generate quality leads and book inspections.
• Build trust and establish community relationships.
• Represent the business professionally in the field.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
• Travel to regional and metropolitan locations when required.
