Job summary

Rebuild Relief is seeking driven outdoor sales professionals in Maroochydore to inspect storm-damaged homes and convert leads into repairs. You’ll engage directly with homeowners in storm-affected areas, roof-inspect properties, and explain our service to initiate the insurance repair process.

No prior insurance experience is required; backgrounds in trades or door-to-door sales are common among top performers. Training provided.

Qualifications

• You don't need insurance experience.
• Backgrounds in trades, solar, door-to-door sales, real estate, fitness or hands-on roles are welcome.
• Confident talking to people, results-driven, and hungry for income growth.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights with resilience.

At Rebuild Relief, we help homeowners recover after hail and storm damage by identifying property damage and supporting them through the insurance repair process.

Over the past 6 years, we've grown across NSW and QLD, helping restore 3,000+ homes with more than $150M in insurance claims approved.

We're growing again and looking for motivated people to join our storm recovery team.

What You Can Earn

• $70,000 base salary + Uncapped commissions $110k-$150k+ OTE
• Company vehicle provided
• High performers can achieve $20k+ months

About the Role

This is an active, outdoor sales role. You'll spend your days in storm affected areas, talking with homeowners and inspecting properties for hail and storm damage.

You'll:

• Inspect residential properties for storm and hail damage
• Climb onto roofs to complete inspections
• Explain our service and help homeowners start the process
• Speak with other homeowners in the area to generate leads

You'll receive full training in roof inspections, storm damage identification, sales conversations and lead generation.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need insurance experience. Many of our strongest performers have backgrounds in trades, solar, door to door sales, real estate, fitness or other hands on roles.
