Job summary

St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital is seeking a reliable Stores & Supply Officer on a casual basis to support daily operations. You will receive, store and distribute medical, clinical and general supplies across the hospital to ensure seamless workflow.

The role involves processing orders, maintaining records, and liaising with suppliers while upholding health and safety standards in a hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stores, warehousing, inventory or supply chain operations.

Stores & Supply Officer

St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital is seeking a reliable and organised Stores & Supply Officer to join our team on a casual basis. This is an important role supporting the day-to-day operation of the hospital by ensuring medical, clinical and general supplies are received, stored and distributed efficiently.

Working as part of our hospital support services team, you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient stores and supply function across the hospital.

Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving, checking and appropriately storing deliveries
• Picking and distributing stock and supplies to hospital departments
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Monitoring stock usage and identifying replenishment requirements

Remuneration: An hourly rate of $30.59 - $32.94 + superannuation
