Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Brisbane is seeking a full time Stores Person to join our warehouse operations. You will manage inventory, receive and inspect goods, label and store stock, and support orderly, safe warehouse practices to back in-flight dining services.

You will hold a current forklift licence (high reach preferred) and pallet jack experience, with strong organizational and numeracy skills. Availability for weekend and public holiday shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Current forklift licence (high reach preferred) and experience with pallet jacks.
• Experience in warehouse/storehouse operations, including stock handling and storage.
• Availability to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks, including National Police Check and medical assessment.
• Full ongoing working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting incoming products, ensuring quality and quantity meet standards.
• Unpacking, labeling, and organizing stock while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse.
• Safely operating forklifts and manual handling devices.
• Managing orders and liaising with suppliers to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Performing administrative tasks and manual stock takes.
• Follow food safety, safety, and hygiene policies (HACCP, IFSA, QSAI).
• Willingness to assist in other operational areas as needed.

A day in the life of a Stores Person

Join our Brisbane team as a full time Stores Person and be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your work behind the scenes helps create a smooth in-flight dining experience for thousands of passengers every day. Your key responsibilities include:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming products, ensuring quality and quantity meet our standards.
