Job summary

Hamilton Island Enterprises – Hamilton Island QLD is seeking a Storeperson – Heavy Vehicle Driver to join our Warehouse & Logistics team on a full-time basis. This role focuses on safe stock handling, heavy vehicle operations, and accurate record-keeping within our resort environment.

You will operate HC/MC vehicles, manage inbound/outbound stock, assist with freight, and uphold OH&S standards. A team‑oriented, detail‑driven professional will thrive in this role under the supervision of the

Qualifications

• Current HC or MC Driver’s Licence (Essential).
• Valid Forklift Ticket (Essential).
• 1–2 years of previous experience in warehouse operations.
• Good understanding of OH&S procedures in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Flexible, team-first attitude with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy combination (HC/MC) vehicles to transport goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inward, outward and current stock.
• Load, unload and distribute goods safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment with care.
• Respond to internal enquiries and assist departments with deliveries.
• Uphold OH&S and warehouse compliance standards.
• Support stocktakes, reporting and general warehouse upkeep.

Hamilton Island is seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Storeperson – Heavy Vehicle Driver to join our Warehouse and Logistics team on a full-time, permanent basis. Your Role

In this hands‑on role, you will ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, including stock handling, safe delivery, and the operation of heavy vehicles. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and work as part of a tight‑knit team to maintain accurate records, assist with freight movements, and uphold workplace safety standards.
