Job summary

Linfox Pty Ltd in Marsden Park, NSW is seeking an experienced Storeperson/Forklift Operator for a permanent full-time, day shift role starting at 6:00 AM with regular overtime. You will support day-to-day warehouse operations including picking and packing, forklift operation, RF scanning and general warehouse duties.

Ideal candidates will hold a LF forklift license with high reach experience, be safety‑conscious, reliable and a team player.

Qualifications

• LF forklift license is required, High Reach experience essential.
• Proven safety awareness and adherence to procedures.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders to meet delivery schedules.
• Operate forklifts (high reach and counter balance) for picking and replenishment.
• Use RF scanners for stock accuracy and real-time updates.
• Receive and dispatch goods, pallet staging and load preparation.
• Ensure safe handling of freight and compliance with safety procedures.

Job description

Linfox is currently seeking an experienced Storeperson/Forklift Operator to join our team in Marsden Park. This is a permanent full-time day shift position, starting at 6:00 AM with regular overtime available. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations including, picking and packing, forklift operation, RF scanning, general warehouse duties and cleaning.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys variety and being an all-rounder. Ideally someone who is looking to build a long-term career and continue upskilling themselves within a well-established, safety-focused organisation.

• Picking and packing orders to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements using an order picker (handling heavy industrial and paint products)
• Using RF scanners to ensure stock accuracy and real time inventory updates
• High reach forklift operation for picking and replenishment tasks
  
• Counter balance operations for loading and unloading trucks & containers
• Receiving and dispatch operations including pallet staging, load preparation for outbound / inbound freight, checking documentation, stock allocation etc.
  
• Handling freight safely in accordance with Linfox Safety Procedures, including dangerous goods awareness, proper lifting techniques and compliance
