Job summary

Virbac is seeking a warehouse professional to manage dispatch, goods inwards, and inventory within the Milperra facility in Sydney. The role requires forklift licences (LF and LO), strong problem solving, and solid computer skills to operate Movex and other Windows-based applications.

You will ensure accurate product distribution, receipt of goods, stock accuracy through cycle counts, and compliance with GMP/OHS standards in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse role is essential.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability.
• LF forklift licence and LO forklift licence.
• Intermediate computer skills and a working knowledge of Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Management: Ensure accurate and timely distribution of products to customers in full and on time; pack product per standard procedures.
• Goods inwards/Receiving: Manage receipt of all goods delivered to the site.
• Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and document controls to maintain stock accuracy; issue/receipt materials in Movex.
• Compliance/OHS Management: Ensure GMP and regulatory requirements for the Milperra Warehouse are followed.

This position is responsible for providing warehouse and distribution services withinour Milperra warehouse, ensuring excellent levels of customer service.

Your key areas of accountability will include:

Dispatch Management

Ensuring accurate and timely distribution of product (internal and external) to customers in full and on time

Pack product in accordance with standard procedures.

Goods inwards, Receiving

Manage the receipt of all goods delivered onto the site

Inventory Management

Ensure inventory control is managed via cycle counting. Document process controls to maintain stock accuracy

Provide accurate, timely issuing and receipt of materials on our ERP system (Movex)

Compliance/OH&S Management

Ensuring all GMP and regulatory requirements for the Milperra Warehouse are adhered to.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
