Job summary

Haynes People is seeking an experienced Storeperson in Rockhampton for a casual ongoing role. Tasks include picking and packing, receiving deliveries, operating forklifts, using RF scanners, and stock control in a busy warehouse.

You must hold a LF Forklift Licence, provide a valid Driver’s Licence, have warehouse experience, and pass a pre-employment medical. Successful candidates enjoy weekly pay, a supportive team, and opportunities for permanency for the right person.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence (mandatory).
• Current Driver’s Licence and personal vehicle.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Clear pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol test).
• Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing parts orders accurately.
• Receiving deliveries and re-stocking shelves.
• Operating forklifts (load/unload trucks and relocate stock).
• Operate RF scanners.
• Stocktaking and general warehouse upkeep.
• Manual handling and following site safety procedures.

Haynes People is currently seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our valued client in Rockhampton.

• Location: South Rockhampton
• Roster: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Rotating roster between dayshift and afternoon shift
• Type: Casual ongoing work with potential for permanent employment

What You’ll be Doing

• Picking and packing parts orders accurately
• Receiving deliveries and re-stocking shelves
• Operating forklifts (load/unload trucks and relocate stock around the warehouse)
