Job summary

Tableland Fertilizer in Mareeba, Queensland is seeking a reliable Storeperson to join our warehouse team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will manage stock, receive and dispatch orders, and maintain a safe, organised storage area to support our farming customers.

This hands-on role requires forklift operation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with the team. You will help with stock counts, use inventory systems, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, storage or similar environment.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Basic numeracy skills for stock counting and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and check incoming stock for accuracy and condition.
• Organise and store products in the warehouse using appropriate storage methods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods promptly.
• Assist with general maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Support other team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Serve customers during high demand periods.

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and organised Storeperson to join our team at our Mareeba QLD facility on a full-time or part-time basis. This is a hands-on warehouse and storage role that plays a vital part in ensuring our operations run smoothly. As Storeperson, you will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and dispatching stock, and maintaining a safe and organised storage environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential in this position.

Key responsibilities
