Job summary

Alspec is seeking a Storeperson for our Beverly location to join the warehouse team on the AM shift. You will manage inward and outward stock movement through a fully automated Warehouse Management System and contribute to strong customer service.

Ideal candidates have warehouse or logistics experience, safety awareness, and reliable work habits. Forklift certification is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum warehouse or logistics experience.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

About the Role...

We’re growing and currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Storeperson to join our warehouse team for the AM shift at our Beverly location

In this role, you will contribute to high levels of customer service through the management of inward and outward stock movement through a fully automated Warehouse Management System.
Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving and dispatching goods
• Pick and pack operations
• Assisting with regular cycle counts
• General warehouse duties
• Delivering excellent customer service at every step

About You...

You're an experienced and motivated individual with a background in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing. You take pride in your work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and always put safety first.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good time management skills and attention to detail
• A commitment to safety and teamwork
• Customer service experience
• Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
