Job summary

Trinity Petroleum is seeking a reliable Storeperson in Cairns to help keep our lubricant store running smoothly with stock management, warehousing and deliveries.

You will handle orders, dispatch, loading, safety checks and maintain accurate records while delivering friendly service to customers.

A Queensland Driver Licence and LF forklift ticket are preferred; join a growing fuel and energy business with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics or fuel environments.
• Current Queensland Manual Driver Licence (Class MR) and High Risk Work Licence – LF (Forklift).

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick and dispatch lubricant products accurately and efficiently.
• Complete deliveries to customers across the local area.
• Load and unload stock safely, including operation of a forklift.
• Process customer orders and invoicing documentation.
• Maintain stock records and participate in monthly stocktakes.

We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on Storeperson to join our Trinity Petroleum Operations team in Cairns.

If you enjoy practical work, keeping things organised, getting out and about with deliveries and providing great service to customers, this could be a great fit.

This is a varied role where no two days will necessarily look the same. You’ll help keep our lubricant store running smoothly through stock management, warehousing, customer orders, deliveries and general operational support — all while maintaining a strong focus on safety and service.

What you’ll do

• Receive, store, pick and dispatch lubricant products accurately and efficiently.

• Complete lubricant and packaged product deliveries to customers across the local area.

• Load and unload stock safely, including operation of a forklift.

• Process customer orders, invoices, delivery dockets, stock transfers and associated documentation.

• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with monthly stocktakes and investigation of stock variances.

• Provide friendly, responsive service to customers via phone, email and face‑to‑face.

• Help identify opportunities to support and grow lubricant sales through great customer relationships.

• Keep the warehouse, depot, vehicles and equipment clean, organised and maintained to a high standard.

• Complete required vehicle, trailer, depot and safety inspections.

• Provide operational support across the broader team, including Marlin Marina refuelling facility coverage as required.

• Follow all safety, environmental and operational procedures and contribute to a safe workplace every day.

• Experience in warehousing, stores, logistics, fuel, lubricants or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded.

• A current Queensland Manual Driver Licence.

• A current Medium Rigid (MR) Driver Licence.

• A current High Risk Work Licence – LF (Forklift).
