Job summary

Haymans Ballina has an opportunity for a motivated Storeperson with strong customer service skills to join the electrical wholesaling industry. Based at Haymans Ballina, you will manage all warehouse operations in a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, and may assist with trade account sales during peak periods.

You will receive goods from suppliers, stock shelves, pick/pack orders, and use a walkie stacker.

Qualifications

• Current driver's licence is essential.
• Physically able to perform required duties.
• Walkie Stacker / Forklift experience desirable.
• Experience with a computer inventory system.
• Exceptional customer service and organisation skills.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Team player in a small team setting.
• High level of attention to detail in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Understanding and application of safe manual handling techniques.
• Reliable and hardworking, with the ability to prioritise workload.

About The Role

Based at Haymans Ballina, you will be the primary person responsible for all warehouse operations of the business. During peak periods, you may also be required to assist with trade account sales. This role is a full time permanent position, Monday to Friday (7:30am to 4:30pm).

Your duties will include:

• Receiving goods in from suppliers
• Stocking shelves safely and accurately
• Picking and packing orders for despatch
• Using a walkie stacker (training provided)
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and tidy
• Deliveries to customers using company work vehicles

About You
