Job summary

Haynes People is seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our client in Rockhampton. This casual ongoing role covers warehouse duties in South Rockhampton, with potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.

You will handle picking and packing, restocking, forklift operations (LF Licence mandatory), and safety-first processes. A valid Driver’s Licence and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical are required. Weekly pay and reliable employment conditions are provided.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence (mandatory).
• Current Driver’s Licence and personal vehicle.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol test).
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing parts orders accurately.
• Receiving deliveries and re-stocking shelves.
• Operating forklifts (load/unload trucks and relocate stock).
• Operate RF scanners.
• Stocktaking and general warehouse upkeep.
• Manual handling and following site safety procedures.

• Location: South Rockhampton
• Roster: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Rotating roster between dayshift and afternoon shift
• Type: Casual ongoing work with potential for permanent employment

What You’ll be Doing

• Picking and packing parts orders accurately
• Receiving deliveries and re-stocking shelves
