Job summary

TAE Aerospace is seeking a motivated Storeperson in Adelaide to accurately receive, store and dispatch aeronautical products. You will maintain inventory records, liaise with couriers and ensure airworthiness documentation is complete and compliant.

Key duties include stock takes, safe handling, and opportunities for process improvements. Flexibility, teamwork and a focus on safety are essential to keeping our customers flying.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience with a focus on receivables and dispatching
• Experience handling inventory in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of aeronautical products is desirable
• Experience dispatching to international, interstate, and local couriers.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in records

Responsibilities

• Receipt, processing, storage and dispatching of aeronautical products
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock levels
• Loading and unloading of trucks and dealing with couriers
• Ensure aeronautical parts are checked and airworthiness documents are in place
• Undertake regular stock takes and comply with airworthiness requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and safety compliance
• Team participation and mentorship support to colleagues

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and service focusedStorepersonto join the team based in Adelaide. Your duties will include:

• Toaccurately and efficientlyreceipt, process,storeand dispatchingof aeronautical products.
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and stock levels.
• Loading and unloading oftrucks and dealing with couriers.
• Ensure aeronautical parts are checked and airworthiness documents are in place.

• Work in accordance with airworthiness requirements.
• Identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
• Take all reasonable steps to ensure own safety and the safety of others.
• Actively participate as a team member to achieve team goals and deliver to the customer.
• Team mentorshipwill beprovided.

About You

• Previous warehouse experience with a focus on receivables and dispatching.
• Experienceinhandlinginventoryin amanufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of and/or experience working with aeronautical product–preferable.
• Previousdispatch experience–International, Interstate, Local– DHL, FedEx, TOLL and Couriers.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience using inventory management IT systems–IFSdesirable.
• Proficient inMicrosoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A passion and drive to deliver to keepourcustomers flying.
• Ability to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and/or Aviation Security Identification Card
