Job summary

Rosebank Engineering, part of the ASDAM Group, is seeking a Storeperson in Williamstown, SA, to manage goods receipt, despatch and inventory for aerospace components. You will use Quantum ERP to track stock, perform cycle counts and ensure accurate records while following strict quality and safety standards.

The role requires a Certificate III in Warehousing Operations/Logistics or similar, with experience in warehousing or logistics, ideally in aerospace or defence.

  • Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Goods Receipt & Despatch – Receive, inspect, pick, pack and despatch components.
  • Inventory Management – Maintain stock records, cycle counts, stocktakes and shelf-life controls using Quantum ERP.
  • Materials Handling – Safely manage material movement, storage systems, forklifts and hazardous goods.
  • Quality & Compliance – Maintain accurate documentation, action NCRs and meet aerospace quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Safety & Continuous Improvement – Maintain 5S, safe working practices and contribute to ongoing warehouse improvements.

The role responsibilities include:

Desired Skills and Experience

Required skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Warehousing Operations/Logistics or similar
  • Previous stores, warehousing or logistics experience, ideally within aerospace, defence, aviation, engineering or manufacturing
  • Experience with Quantum ERP or another inventory/ERP system
  • Sound inventory management and stock control skills
  • Experience handling dangerous or hazardous goods will be highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to inventory accuracy
  • A safety-first approach and understanding of good warehouse housekeeping practices
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to identify and support process improvements

Additional Requirements: Due to the nature of our work and the requirements of our customers, all applicants may be required to hold Australian citizenship and need to meet ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and/or EAR (Export Administration Regulations) compliance as part of employment eligibility.
