Job summary

IVE Group, Australia’s largest diversified marketing company, is seeking a Warehouse Operator at the Braeside VIC site. You will be responsible for receiving, checking and storing goods, maintaining accurate stock records, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a current Forklift High Reach licence, show attention to detail, and can work both in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence (High Reach) required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock control.
• Able to work well in a team and independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming goods and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ERP entries.
• Store and manage stock to ensure safety and efficiency in the warehouse.
• Unloading trucks and assisting with stocktakes and material movement.

The Role

Our Brand Activations VIC site situated in Braeside Victoria

This role is responsible for receiving and checking incoming goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring stock is stored and managed efficiently. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and a proactive approach to keeping our warehouse running smoothly.

Key responsibilities are:

• Forklift operation, (High Reach)
• Unloading of trucks
• Manage of materials in the warehouse
• Receipting of goods materials through our ERP system.
• Work closely with Inventory Controller on stock levels (Stock take, planning etc)

Skills and experience

A team player with a positive attitude, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Current Forklift Licence (High Reach)
• Positive attitude with an eye for detail
• The ability to work in a team, as well as independently.
• Reliable & Hardworking
• Physically fit for manual handling (lift & carry, push & pull type work).
• Computer literacy excel, and outlook.
