Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience preferred
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs CHARM service model
• Promote a positive team culture by sharing ideas and concerns while upholding Crocs values
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, and stockroom operations
• Lead by example on the sales floor and collaborate with Store Management to meet sales goals
• Manage day-to-day team activities: delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up
• Act as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product launches and campaigns
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory control
