Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Store Team Lead for our Sydney location to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will handle opening/closing, cash handling, and ensure the store is ready for business each day.

You will lead a small team, support all store departments, and collaborate with management to meet personal and team targets while upholding Crocs policies and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years of retail experience with preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to meet sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Manage day-to-day team activities and ensure timely follow-up and high service standards.
• Act as brand ambassador and stay informed about product launches and initiatives.
