Bras N Things in Melbourne is seeking a driven Store Supervisor for our Pakenham store. This part-time role offers 21.75 hours per week, with hands-on leadership and customer-focused coaching to drive store success.

You will lead by example, support training, manage stock and daily operations, and collaborate with the Store Manager in a diverse and inclusive team environment. Benefits include staff discounts and health program options.

About The Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join the team at our Bras N Things, Pakenham Store.

• Leading by example to create memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and supported
• Supporting the training and development of your team, helping them build confidence and capability to deliver on store budgets and KPIs
• Managing high stock volumes — you’re hands‑on and happy to support with deliveries and stock processes alongside your team
• A clear and supportive communicator, able to delegate tasks effectively and bring the team along with you
• Self‑motivated with the ability to multitask on the shop floor, including working independently during quieter periods
• Collaborating with the Store Manager on operational and ad hoc tasks, contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment

This is a part time position at 21.75 hours per week.
