Bras N Things Nowra is seeking a driven Store Supervisor for a part-time role, 22.5 hours per week with Sunday to Thursday rosters. You will lead by example, delivering outstanding customer experiences and guiding a team to meet store budgets and KPIs.

You will manage stock, assist with deliveries, and support the Store Manager on daily operations. This role offers growth paths within the Bras N Things brand and Hanes Brands Australasia.

About The Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join the team at our Bras N Things Nowra Store.

This is a part-time position at 22.5 hours per week. Rostered Days: Sunday - Thursday.

• Leading by example to create memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and supported
• Supporting the training and development of your team, helping them build confidence and capability to deliver on store budgets and KPIs
• Managing high stock volumes — you’re hands‑on and happy to support with deliveries and stock processes alongside your team
• A clear and supportive communicator, able to delegate tasks effectively and bring the team along with you
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask on the shop floor, including working independently during quieter periods
