Job summary

Manpower Australia is seeking an experienced Storeperson / High Reach Forklift Driver to join our Melbourne-based manufacturing and distribution team. This ongoing casual role offers full-time hours, weekly pay and potential overtime, with 80% pick packing duties and 20% high reach forklift operation using Toyota reach forklifts.

Based in Melbourne's western suburbs, you will work in a supportive, safety‑driven warehouse environment, handling stock, scanning orders, and contributing to inventory

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence.
• Experience operating a high reach forklift.
• Strong pick packing and warehouse experience.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.
• Manual handling up to 25kg.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual and safety focused.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Pack and palletise customer orders ready for dispatch
• Break down, consolidate and organise pallets
• Complete stock replenishment and putaway tasks
• Perform general warehouse duties and manual handling
• Operate Toyota high reach forklifts for stock movements and putaways
• Assist with inventory accuracy and warehouse housekeeping
• Follow all site safety policies and procedures

About the Role

Manpower is currently seeking an experienced Storeperson / High Reach Forklift Driver to join a well-established and globally recognised manufacturing and distribution business based in Melbourne's western suburbs.

This is an ongoing casual opportunity offering full-time hours, weekly pay, and the potential for overtime and Saturday work. The role is primarily warehouse-based, with approximately 80% pick packing duties and 20% high reach forklift operation using Toyota reach forklifts.

• Preferred shift: 9:30am - 5:30pm
• Alternate shift available: 8:00am - 4:00pm
