Job summary

Omni Recruit is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse All-Rounder for a busy box manufacturing operation in North Richmond, NSW. This hands-on role covers forklift operation, stock movement, picking and packing, and RF scanning, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and potential overtime.

The ideal candidate will hold a current LF Forklift Licence, have at least 12 months of forklift experience, and demonstrate safety, accuracy, reliability and a team-oriented

Qualifications

• LF Forklift Licence is essential.
• 12 months' forklift operating experience required.
• Experience with Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts.
• Safely move and store stock in the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks and deliveries.
• Pick and pack customer orders.
• Use RF scanners to locate and track inventory.
• Transfer stock between facilities as needed.
• Assist with general warehouse and production tasks.
• Keep stock organised and warehouses tidy.
• Follow health, safety and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth daily operations.

Forklift Operator / Warehouse All-rounder

We’re currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse All-Rounder to join a busy and well-established box manufacturing operation in North Richmond.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident operating forklifts, enjoys a varied warehouse role and is looking for ongoing Monday–Friday work with consistent hours and the potential for regular overtime.

This is a hands‑on position with a variety of warehouse responsibilities.

YOUR ROLE

• Operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts
• Safely moving and storing stock throughout the warehouse
• Loading and unloading trucks and deliveries
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Using RF scanners to locate and track inventory
• Transferring stock between facilities when required
• Assisting with general warehouse and production‑related tasks
• Keeping stock organised and warehouse areas tidy
• Following all workplace health, safety and operational procedures
• Working closely with the warehouse team to keep daily operations running smoothly

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• A current LF Forklift Licence – essential
• At least 12 months' recent forklift operating experience
• Strong experience operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts
• Previous experience with RF scanning
• Pick packing and general warehouse experience
• The ability to safely load, unload and relocate stock
• A strong focus on safety and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Good communication and the ability to work effectively within a team
• A willingness to get involved and assist wherever needed

HOURS & EMPLOYMENT

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00AM – 2:00PM
• North Richmond, NSW
• Casual ongoing employment
• Overtime opportunities may be available
