Job summary

EMPR Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated warehouse storeperson for our Sydney team. You will receip t stock, pick and pack orders, label and barcode items, and ensure accurate dispatch with a focus on safety.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, moving from 38 to 40 hours during probation with onsite training and birthday leave benefits. Strong work ethic and reliability are valued in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, stock or logistics experience is a plus (not required).
• Strong work ethic is essential.
• Good physical fitness with ability to stand and lift stock.

EMPR Australia is a leading authorised supplier of genuine parts for brands including Lenovo, HP, ASUS, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Dell, Lexmark, Duracell, Toshiba and Dynabook, supporting customers across Australia and New Zealand. We're growing, and our Sydney warehouse team needs an extra pair of hands to keep up.

About the role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll be a key part of the day-to-day operation, receipting stock, picking and packing orders, and making sure everything goes out the door accurately and on time. No two days are quite the same, and you'll be working closely with a tight-knit team that takes pride in getting it right.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, no weekend work. You'll start on 38 hours a week, moving to 40 hours with RDOs once you're through probation.

What you'll be doing

Receipting stock from a variety of suppliers

Picking, packing and dispatching orders, securely, professionally, and on time

Correct labelling and bar-code recording of product

General warehouse housekeeping and stock location checks

Booking courier pickups and handling dispatch/courier enquiries

Processing stock transfers, Return to Sender orders, and customer returns

Quality checks and battery testing on incoming/outgoing product

Product photography

Working safely and looking out for ways to improve how we do things

Prior warehouse, stock or logistics experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic matters more
