Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre, or similar logistics environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software.
• Valid forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming goods and inventory to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
• Organising and storing products in designated warehouse locations using appropriate storage systems and methods.
• Picking and packing orders according to customer specifications and delivery requirements.
• Preparing shipments for dispatch, including labelling, weighing, and documentation.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning systems safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts to ensure system accuracy.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Processing returns and damaged goods following company procedures.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and deadlines.
• Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and workflow processes.

This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our supply chain and logistics operations. As a Storeperson / Fulfilment Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods through our warehouse facility, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the success of our business. What we're looking for.

Reliability and punctuality with a positive work ethic

Experience with order fulfilment processes within the pharmaceutical or medical industries (desirable)
