Job summary

Expedition Apparel in Preston, Victoria, is seeking a highly organised picker and packer to support our warehousing and logistics operations. You will receive, log, and prepare stock for dispatch, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Qualifications

Expedition Apparel is seeking a highly organised and efficient picker and packer to join our dynamic team in Preston, Victoria. This is a full-time role, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our warehousing and logistics operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Receive, unpack, and accurately log incoming stock deliveries
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, organised, and safety-conscious manner
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and cycle counts
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external customers and respond to inquiries promptly
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes and procedures

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a similar store person or warehouse role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
• Minimum of 1-2 years of warehouse or store person experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory control software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Australian work authorisation is required for this position
