Job summary

SEEK is seeking a reliable Store Person for our Mulgrave Central Warehouse. This full‑time role handles receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods, while upholding safety and service standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a current forklift licence (reach truck experience preferred), have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely as part of a team. You will contribute to continuous improvement and maintain a safe, organised workspace.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming deliveries.
• Check and verify incoming goods against delivery documentation.
• Label and store stock accurately in designated warehouse locations.
• Process inward goods and stock movements through the company system.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Load goods onto delivery vehicles and arrange freight collections.
• Complete dispatch documentation and consignment paperwork.
• Cut and join chain lengths to customer requirements when required.
• Participate in stocktakes and inventory activities.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Comply with WHS/OHS requirements and safe work practices.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve warehouse objectives.
• Provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
• Undertake other reasonable duties as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.

About the Role:
