Ocean and Earth NL in Sussex Inlet, NSW, is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer on a casual basis. You will select, inspect, and pack items for shipment, ensuring accurate order fulfilment and high-quality customer experience.

You’ll follow packing guidelines, use scanners, and maintain tidy stations. The role runs Monday to Friday 7 AM–3 PM with overtime during peak seasons and staff discounts on apparel and merchandise.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operation is a plus.
• Ability to differentiate between styles, sizes, color quickly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15-20 kg.
• Working in a fast-paced environment with daily performance targets.
• General computer skills are essential.

Work Schedule
