Job summary

Hype DC, Accent Group's premium sneaker retailer, seeks an experienced retail store leader for our flagship at The District Outlet. You will drive a people-first culture, develop talent and deliver memorable customer experiences while achieving sales targets.

On the floor 80% of the week, you will coach a large team of brand ambassadors, optimise rosters and merchandising, and collaborate with Area and State Managers to execute brand strategy and omni-channel initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in premium retail leadership
• Proven track record in achieving sales and KPI targets
• Experience coaching and developing large store teams
• Skilled in rostering, cost control and merchandising

Responsibilities

• Create a people-first culture and develop talent within your team
• Drive a WORLD CLASS store and MAGICAL VIBE to maximise sales
• Deliver on brand strategy, run the store floor 80% of the time and ensure memorable customer experiences
• Provide coaching, support and feedback to drive results and growth
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and seamless omni-channel experiences for customers
