Universal Store in Melbourne is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead from the front, inspire a large team, and deliver standout customer experiences in a fast-paced youth fashion environment.

You will manage day-to-day operations, rosters, budgets, and visual merchandising while coaching staff to reach sales targets and develop future leaders in a supportive, values-driven culture.

This full-time role includes a Tuesday–Saturday roster and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading medium to large retail teams.

The successful candidate will work a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late‑night trade and weekends.
