Universal Store in Stockland Rockhampton is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead from the front, build a strong store culture, and create standout customer experiences.

You will manage a Tuesday–Saturday roster, coach a medium to large team, optimize sales and payroll targets, and uphold brand standards in a fast‑paced retail environment.
