Swarovski is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals. You will cultivate a culture of excellence, coach staff, and drive commercial success across store operations.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop talent while promoting loyalty programs and maintaining strict compliance with Swarovski policies. A passion for luxury fashion and customer service is essential.
