Rebel Sport Rockhampton is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, coach through fast-paced trading, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll role-model performance and drive results while building a winning store culture.

Ideal candidates bring senior retail leadership, a proven track record in high-volume environments, and a passion for training, merchandising, safety, and financial reporting.

We're looking for a proven retail leader from a big-box or high-volume retail environment who thrives on fast-paced trading, team development and creating a winning culture. You'll be passionate about coaching others, celebrating success and leading from the front, with the energy and resilience to keep the team focused on achieving great results.
