Job summary

Rebel Sport, part of the Super Retail Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a 30+ person team on the shop floor in Adelaide. You will coach, develop and motivate the team, drive store KPIs, and ensure outstanding customer experiences every day.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Strong customer service focus and coaching abilities.
• Ability to train, develop and motivate a large team.
• Experience with visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Stock control, inventory accuracy and loss prevention awareness.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements and store security.
