Job summary

rebel Sport in New South Wales is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who leads with a people‑first approach, strong stock flow knowledge and hands‑on leadership to drive store performance.

You will partner with the Store Manager to coach a committed team, maximise sales, maintain inventory accuracy and create a welcoming, safe shopping environment, with weekly pay and generous staff discounts across our brands.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Demonstrated ability to drive stock accuracy and shrink control.
• Proven track record in coaching, training and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee stock flow, inventory accuracy and visual merchandising.

As an Assistant Store Manager you’ll support your Store Manager to drive sales, run smooth operations, and build an engaged team. Leading back‑of‑house excellence owning stock flow, inventory accuracy, and shrink control to maximise profit.
