We're looking for a proven retail leader from a big-box or high-volume retail environment who thrives on fast-paced trading, team development and creating a winning culture. You'll be passionate about coaching others, celebrating success and leading from the front, with the energy and resilience to keep the team focused on achieving great results.

About the role

Our Store Managers are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Senior retail management experience.
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
