Accent Group's premium sneaker retailer Hype DC is seeking a Store Manager for its Hurstville location. You will lead a high-performance team, embody a people-first culture, and deliver memorable customer experiences while driving operational excellence.

On the floor 80% of the time, you will coach, recruit and develop talent, manage rosters, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with Area and State Managers to align with brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Team player with excellence in sales, operations and people development.
• Experience and passion for delivering best in class experiences in premium retail.
• Coach who can motivate, inspire, and level up a large team of brand ambassadors.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI targets.
• Leader with a motivated and proactive attitude to make it happen.
• Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth.
• Experience in effectively managing rosters and achieving cost efficiency metrics.
