HARLI + HARPA is seeking a Floating Store Manager to support the Northern Sydney stores. You will lead a jewellery-focused team, influence styling, and strive to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving store performance.

• Demonstrated ability to lead a store team and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a store team with a hands-on approach.
• Styling and presenting jewellery with a Love for jewellery.
• Deliver amazing customer experiences consistently.
• Drive retail sales with strong business and financial acumen (budget, KPI’s, wages, shrink).
• Create an inclusive, inspirational, and high-performing team environment.
