HARLI + HARPA on the Central Gold Coast is seeking an outstanding Floating Store Manager to lead the store team with energy and style, delivering radiant customer service in jewellery retail. You will develop people, mentor staff, and drive sales while upholding the brand's standards.

You will balance budget, KPI, wages, and inventory control with a hands-on leadership approach, creating an inclusive environment where the team shines and grows.
