• Experience leading small or large retail teams in a fast fashion environment.

• Strong sense of business acumen and KPIs, with hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
• Inspire and coach staff to achieve sales targets and standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation across store.
• Ensure excellent customer service and efficient store processes.
