Job summary

HARLI + HARPA in Rockhampton is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and mentor a passionate team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, develop the team through hands-on coaching, visual merchandising, and product knowledge, and help grow sales while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to coach and develop staff through hands-on leadership.

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and sales targets.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Coach and develop the team through training and feedback.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
• Assist in inventory control and shrink reduction initiatives.
