Job summary

Forever New Clothing Pty in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Store Manager for our Miranda store to lead a dynamic team and drive sales with an inspirational leadership style.

You will report to the Area Manager and play a key role in coaching, roster management, and delivering exceptional customer service while aligning with Forever New's fashion-forward brand and values.

Qualifications

• Retail store management experience is required.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, and targets.
• Strong coaching and team leadership skills.
• Exposure to performance management processes.
• Customer-focused communicator with service excellence.
• Effective roster management capabilities.
• Visual merchandising ability.
• Willing to work late nights, public holidays and weekends when required.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and Forever New brand.
• Love for Forever New and its product range.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee daily store operations with a hands-on leadership style.
• Foster strong relationships with staff and customers.
