Forever New is seeking a Store Manager for our Hurstville store. You will lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced fashion environment.

The role requires strong leadership, visual merchandising skills, and the ability to manage rosters and late trading. A passion for fashion and Forever New's brand is essential.

• Experience managing a retail store

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store team to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Drive store performance through coaching, feedback and 1:1 training
• Oversee roster planning and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards aligned with brand
• Build relationships with customers and understand fashion trends
• Ensure operations run smoothly during late trading periods and holidays
• Represent Forever New with a customer-centric and brand-aligned approach
