Job summary

Forever New in Blacktown is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team and drive store performance. You will inspire and coach the team, manage rosters and schedules, and ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining brand standards across the store.

You will partner with the Area Manager to execute strategies, develop talent, and deliver strong sales results in a fast-paced fashion environment.

• Reporting to the Area Manager as Store Manager for Blacktown store.
• Drive store sales, wage control and target achievement.
• Coach and develop store team through 1:1 training and feedback.
• Build strong relationships with customers and team.
• Hands-on with garments and brand presentation.
